Beginner’s Mind is a skill that comes from combining the last three limbs of Yoga and applying them to the first five. In this session you can learn how to develop automatically stable, clear and calm attention (śamatha), insight that interrupts the causes of suffering (vipaśyanā), an abundance of positive emotions for healthy relationships (mettā) and the skill to sort out your thoughts on a wide range of issues (vicāra) during a gentle all-levels practice.
