Body & Soul - A Yoga & Music Festival at The Caverns

Calling all movement enthusiasts, dancers, and curious souls! Contact Improv is a unique and playful dance form where participants explore connection, improvisation, and creative movement possibilities with a partner. No prior experience necessary! This workshop welcomes anyone who wants to have fun, move their body in a new way, and connect with others.

What to Expect:
• Warm-up exercises: Get your body ready for playful exploration.
• Foundational skills: Learn basic principles of weight-sharing, touch, and improvisation through guided exercises.
• Freestyle exploration: Put your newfound skills into action! This playful session allows you to experiment, connect with others, and discover your own unique movement language.
