Gillian is known for never teaching the same Vinyasa class twice, she has an option for everybody. This class will reflect her light-hearted, but hard-working, take on Vinyasa. Learn from Gillian’s 23 years of experience. Students will get an incredibly creative class, sound alignment cues and modifications, a chance to explore various movements, and have a chance to flow for real for real.
