Did you know Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga? In fact yoga is incomplete without her and much of the philosophy and energetic anatomy is based around ayurvedic principles. Ayurveda is one of the oldest medical sciences known to mankind, and is the practice of maintaining and restoring health by balancing elements. Each of us is uniquely different and made of various ratios of elements, the key is to find out our unique constitutional make-up so we can support ourselves, regain or create balance and health.

This lecture and conversational workshop will introduce you to the following concepts in Ayurveda:
