Do you suffer from back pain? Join us in this back care workshop as we move through a gentle yoga sequence specifically designed to alleviate back pain. According to recent research, back pain is one of the leading causes of visits to a physician and can affect quality of life.

In this workshop you will:
• Learn about the many different causes contributing to back pain including poor posture, inactivity, muscle tension, repetitive movement, stress, and muscle weakness.
• Be guided through gentle movement designed to address pain caused by sciatica, arthritis, scoliosis, disc disease, osteopenia, etc.
• Learn how to practice yoga safely to protect your back.
• Be instructed on a simple, short routine to do at home to help you feel better!
