Awakening to your Heartflow - Sacred Chant and Yoga Workshop - with Snatam Kaur, Ram Dass, Sukhmani and Grecco Buratto.

Within each of us is a space of calmness, contentment, joy, deep inner peace and knowing. This space is within the heart center, and is available to us all of the time. It is only our distracted thoughts that take us away, which is the root cause of anxiety and fear. We don’t need to live this way any longer! Snatam Kaur will be sharing mantras from her new album “Heartflow”, and she will teach participants yoga, meditation and chanting techniques to awaken to the power and inner flow of the heart center. Live music accompaniment will be provided by Snatam Kaur and her band including Ram Dass, Sukhmani, and Grecco Buratto.

*Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes for practicing yoga in, and a water bottle.
